A light and tangy twist on the classic Ukrainian medovyk. Delicate honey cake layers are filled with whipped vanilla sour cream and sweet raspberry confit. A taste of summer and home in every bite.

Ingredients: • Organic unbleached all-purpose flour • Unsalted butter • Pure cane sugar • Organic pasture-raised eggs • Raw unfiltered honey • Baking soda • Organic powdered sugar • Sour cream • Frozen raspberries  • Pure vanilla extract • Cornstarch • Fresh raspberry (for decoration)
