These hand-shaped shell cookies — called horishky — are a cherished Ukrainian classic.
Golden and crisp on the outside, tender inside, and filled with slow-cooked dulce de leche, they bring back the magic of childhood and the coziness of festive tables.
 
Ingredients:
• Organic unbleached all-purpose flour
• Unsalted butter
• Organic cane sugar
• Baking soda
• Fresh lemon juice
• Organic pasture-raised eggs
• Sweetened condensed milk (for homemade dulce de leche filling)
• Salt
